Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – J.Will Photography

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unframed
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: Because each photograph is produced with care, we strongly recommend handling prints with clean hands and avoiding unnecessary unboxing if you plan to return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at j.willfotography@gmail.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for securely packaging and sending your print.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your print arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at j.willfotography@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will make it right by offering a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fine art photography, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order prints
  • Limited edition prints
  • Signed prints
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Color & Print Variation Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in color, contrast, and brightness may occur due to:

  • Screen calibration differences
  • Printing processes
  • Paper types and finishes

These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different print, please:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
