Thank you for supporting J.Will Photography. Each print is carefully produced and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Times
All prints are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak times or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Packaging
Prints are carefully packaged in protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Larger prints may be shipped in durable tubes or reinforced flat packaging.
International Orders
For international shipments, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, J.Will Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at j.willfotography.com with photos (if applicable), and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
